The Great Googas Yardsale!
I’m so so honored to have been able to host an event with so many awesome, talented vendors and artists. On September 5th, a blazing Saturday afternoon, I hosted my first pop-up endeavor. Nervous and excited, I woke up super early to get ready before the heat took-over, but the sun nonetheless was really warm off the bat. Eventually vendors stated coming in to set up, and everything started to feel official.

It had been a while since I had vended anywhere, so hosting my own event sparked a lot of anxiety within me. However it went smoothly and I had so much fun. I had been suffering from burnout due to vending, and dealing with inconsistent profits and worries due to personal injuries, but this was a great opportunity to get back into things, slowly and confidently. Now I hope to continue vending again soon! Here is a flyer I made for the yard sale, which was super fun to make. I wanted it to seem very DIY, reminiscent of band flyers of sorts.
We had so many awesome artists and businesses vend at the yard sale, and I’ll highlight them below!
Vendors included:
- @ajj.torre
- @smdy.coffee
- @moons.endeavors
- @the_beehive90247
- @beesgems
- @pyonpom
- @_elephant_tusk_
- @ahm3rica
Give them a follow! They all deserve tremendous amounts of support, especially since they were all so supportive during Saturday’s event!
The sun was so so blazing hot, making it a little difficult to sit through for me, but I was so thankful and proud of everyone for sticking it out and staying. I’m also so thankful for my friends who were able to pull up and support, some even driving from SD to come support the vendors, which was so sweet. I’m so excited to potentially host another event like this in the future, especially when things start to cool down. (so please stop using AI so we have a chance!!!)

Here are some pics from the event highlighted on my instagram! ❤
Thank you again to everyone who came to stay and support. It was so beautiful creating a space of our own to socialize and create, talk and catch up. It filled my heart with love to see people connect and meet new people myself. I hope to see everyone again soon!
Love,
Googas
